dj pepo presents: inspired! pepos own label to release his consistently evolving techno sound. dj pepo is one of the pioneers and most quoted djs of spains techno scene. each booth pepo touches with one of his naturally electric sets is filled with both rhythm and force, dazzling audiences all over spain. speaking of pepo is to speak of an authentic reference of spanish electronic music who has had a hand in the scenes history and evolution. he is a time bomb in the shape of music, getting richer with age and improving on each and every set with unexpected technical manuevers that jolt audiences alive and bathe their senses with musical delights. this release is another showcase of his pumping big room techno with the sharp edge, this time backed up by 3 tracks from his friends dj stay, dj lizana & smull and last but not least joton from the new rhythmic record store and label! dont sleep over this one!

following the success of his debut ep, komisch is delighted to put out the next instalment from sp-x. like his first release, the three tracks on field lines never end capture the essence of contemporary techno - austere and functional, yet deeply resonating. field construction starts with crackle of a broken power cable accompanying brittle percussion and a juggernaut rhythm, before dank filters, distorted riffs and a combination of doubled up claps and hissing hats bring the track to an irresistibly dark climax. internalize follows a similar path, but straight away sp-x plots a more ominous course, with a muffled filter making way for jarring riffs, a grubby acid line and killer claps. last but certainly not least, flux is constructed using dense rhythms, deadweight, iron bar beats and a howling siren riff that sounds like it came from beyond. all the while, sp-xs rasping, firing percussion weaves in and out. these are deadly effective techno tracks, streamlined for use on big speakers - but dont take our word for it, try them out yourselves!

mihalis safras is back with another big time release on trapez ltd, produced with german artist pascal mollin. they have announced to go stronger on to the techno side with this release, but we certainly see the roots in post detroit and chicago house.

strait out of bass camp, vicious audio begins its assault with a massive single by triage. two big tunes carved with the signature sound that has brought the group to the front lines of battle. drawing inspiration from their drum and bass roots, >comorbid< is a nice roller stabbing you with snares and punching you with bass. if you survive this, the evil flip side >play dead< will slap you around with some heavy, twisted, subsonic madness.

after the big succes of hi tech booty, we searched for some really special guys out there to put hand on ahmets bomb. well here it is. a1 comes from maetrik which was a strong desire of ahmet and for sure an excellent choice. he totally brings in his own style while getting a little bit closer to the darkside of the track. a2 is a special collab between rainer, which we know from the last regular stock5 record together with cesare vs disorder and viudez, a mexican guy that seems to have a very nice influence to the production style. the vocal is very present but placed, arranged and transformed geniously. for sure a weapon! b1 is written by our special friend chris sylvester aka inxec. starting with a very housy groove, it falls quickly into a hypnotic mood that is unique in inxec productions. he really knows what the dancefloor requires and for this we are very happy to have him again in our release roster. b2 presents a very new and fresh artist called rico casazza. he interprets the track in a very detroit way, works verz little with the vocal but hits it very perfectly for the sense of the track. after this debut on our imprint you can be sure to hear more of this young guy in the next time!!!

after the success of their inaugural workout last summer, jam factory return with their second ep of machine-made music that goes bump in the night. ocean calling is an authentic big-room house record underpinned by a catchy bassline combined with ever-evolving synth stabs and crisp analogue drums. on the flip hot & heavy kicks off with a rolling subterranean bassline and gradually develops into an addictive groove.
